3、considerationofyourcomplyingwithouraboverequest,weherebyagreeasfollows:-1.Toindemnifyyou,yourservantsandagentsandtoholdallofyouharmlessinrespectofanyliability,loss,damageorexpenseofwhatsoevernaturewhichyoumaysustainbyreasonofissueoftheBillofLadinginaccordancewithourreque
4、st.2.IntheeventofanyproceedingsbeingcommencedagainstyouoranyofyourservantsoragentsinconnectionwiththeissueoftheBillofLadingasaforesaid,toprovideyouorthemondemandwithsufficientfundstodefendthesame.3.If,inconnectionwiththeissueoftheBillofLadingasaforesaid,theship,oranyothe
5、rshiporpropertyinthesameorassociatedownership,managementorcontrol,shouldbearrestedordetainedorshouldthearrestordetentionthereofbethreatened,orshouldtherebeanyinterferenceintheuseortradingofthevessel(whetherbyvirtueofacaveatbeingenteredontheship’sregistryorotherwisehowsoe
6、ver),toprovideondemandsuchbailorothersecurityasmayberequiredtopreventsucharrestordetentionortosecurethereleaseofsuchshiporpropertyortoremovesuchinterferenceandtoindemnifyyouinrespectofanyliability,loss,damageorexpensecausedbysucharrestordetentionorthreatenedarrestordeten
