1、激光多普勒測振儀光電轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù)研究寧波理工畢業(yè)設計(論文)姓名馬龔麗學號311040408專業(yè)班級11自動化1班指導教師馬修水學院信息科學與工程學院完成日期2015年5月24日1摘要近年來,隨著科技的發(fā)展,特別是現(xiàn)代工程技術(shù)發(fā)展,振動測量技術(shù)的應用范圍越來越廣,在測量中的重要性也日益突出,同時對測振技術(shù)的要求也越來越高,不僅要求測量精確度高、信號采集速度快、抗干擾性強,還要滿足在某些苛刻環(huán)境下的測量,比如高溫、高壓、高速、腐蝕、放射的等場合。激光多普勒測振技術(shù)是近幾年最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ臏y振技術(shù)之一,在測振方面有著非入侵、遠距離、高精確度、快速響應等優(yōu)勢。本文主要工作如下:1.本文以激光多普勒
2、測振技術(shù)為課題,介紹激光多普勒的發(fā)展歷史及其研究現(xiàn)狀。2.完成對激光多普勒測振技術(shù)的理論分析,闡述了激光多普勒測振的三個模型,以及各自的特點,設計了雙散射光束型差動光路模型。3.對激光多普勒測振儀光電轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù)進行分析,設計一套光電轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)光電轉(zhuǎn)換,采用前置差分放大電路采集微弱信號,二階有源濾波電路除去噪聲。4.對光電信號轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng)進行了實驗仿真,完成了光電轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng)的仿真調(diào)試。關鍵詞:激光多普勒效應,振動測量,光電轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù),差分放大,濾波2AbstractWiththedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,especiallythedevelopment
