2、入侵、遠(yuǎn)距離、高精確度、快速響應(yīng)等優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文主要工作如下:1.本文以激光多普勒測(cè)振技術(shù)為課題,介紹激光多普勒的發(fā)展歷史及其研究現(xiàn)狀。2.完成對(duì)激光多普勒測(cè)振技術(shù)的理論分析,闡述了激光多普勒測(cè)振的三個(gè)模型,以及各自的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了雙散射光束型差動(dòng)光路模型。3.對(duì)激光多普勒測(cè)振儀光電轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析,設(shè)計(jì)一套光電轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)光電轉(zhuǎn)換,采用前置差分放大電路采集微弱信號(hào),二階有源濾波電路除去噪聲。4.對(duì)光電信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)仿真,完成了光電轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng)的仿真調(diào)試。關(guān)鍵詞:激光多普勒效應(yīng),振動(dòng)測(cè)量,光電轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù),差分放大,濾波A
