2、方法存在工作量大、不精確和不直觀等缺點(diǎn)。利用Pro/E對(duì)液壓挖掘機(jī)反鏟工作裝置進(jìn)行建模和裝配,首先分析了挖掘機(jī)的運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程和各工況位置,然后用Pro/E中的Mechanism模塊進(jìn)行了機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真,通過(guò)對(duì)挖掘機(jī)各連接軸的設(shè)置,找到挖掘機(jī)動(dòng)臂、斗桿和鏟斗的各極限位置,以及確定各部件的運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)系和時(shí)間安排。結(jié)果表明該方法簡(jiǎn)單、可靠、為挖掘機(jī)整機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)及性能評(píng)估提供一定的理論依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵字:液壓挖掘機(jī);Pro/E;運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真ABSTRACTTheworkdeviceisanimportantpartofahydraul
