1、內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文摘要高速線材的用途很廣泛,用量也很大,在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各部門中占有很重要的地位,在工業(yè)應(yīng)用上,要求線材盤重大,提高軋速、提高精度,擴(kuò)大規(guī)格范圍。因此提高軋制效率很重要,除了提高效率改進(jìn)軋機(jī)和軋機(jī)工藝,還要減少換輥時(shí)間和輥縫的調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)間也同樣重要。因此需要解決這些問題,可以引進(jìn)液壓技術(shù)解決。液壓與其他傳動技術(shù)相比有能量密度高,調(diào)速范圍大,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。運(yùn)動平穩(wěn)且快速性好,操作簡單,調(diào)整控制方便,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動化。能實(shí)現(xiàn)過載保護(hù),使用安全、可靠。液壓元件易于實(shí)現(xiàn)系列化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和通用化,便于設(shè)計(jì)、制造、維修等優(yōu)勢。而此次對液壓系統(tǒng)的回路,液壓站的結(jié)構(gòu)布局,以及所涉及到的非標(biāo)
2、準(zhǔn)零件等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),使得系統(tǒng)布局合理,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,制造簡單,成本低。在設(shè)計(jì)中查閱了很多相關(guān)的資料文獻(xiàn),設(shè)計(jì)了液壓缸,液壓原理圖,依據(jù)已知和計(jì)算所得的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)選擇了電動機(jī)、液壓站、控制閥、過濾器等原件。最后高速線材粗軋機(jī)選擇壓力補(bǔ)償型柱塞泵供油,回油節(jié)流調(diào)速方式。關(guān)鍵詞:高速線材;液壓系統(tǒng);液壓站;粗軋機(jī)內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文AbstractThepurposeofthehighspeedwirerodisverybroad,dosageisverybigalso,inthenationaleconomydepartmentsplaysanimportantrole,inindu
