3、siveeconomicgrowth,resultinginpopulation,resourcesandenvironmentconflicts,therefore,thesustainabledevelopmentofChineseenterprisesmustfollowthedevelopmentandaccumulationofhumancapitaloftheroad.Thispaperfirstanalyzestherelationshipbetweenhumanresourceandsustainabledevelopmentofent
