1、單葉細(xì)辛對(duì)寒飲射肺證模型大鼠肺通氣功能相關(guān)指標(biāo)的影響作者:明海霞,黃世佐,劉喜平,李海龍,金戈,李楊【摘要】目的復(fù)制寒飲射肺證動(dòng)物模型,觀察單葉細(xì)辛對(duì)該模型大鼠肺通氣功能相關(guān)指標(biāo)的影響。方法將30只Wistar大鼠隨機(jī)分為單葉細(xì)辛組(單葉細(xì)辛水提液灌胃1mL/kg)、遼細(xì)辛組(遼細(xì)辛水提液灌胃1mL/kg)、鹽水組(0.9%NaCl溶液灌胃1mL/kg)。各組給藥均為每日1次,連續(xù)6d。在給藥第6日灌胃后用7℃冷生理鹽水做整肺灌洗,灌洗量2.5mL/kg,保留30s后抽出,5min后重復(fù)灌洗1次,連續(xù)5次,造成寒飲射肺模型,合并5次灌洗液備用。比較肺灌洗
2、前后各組血栓素B2(TXB2)、內(nèi)皮素(ET)、灌洗液磷脂與蛋白質(zhì)含量的變化。結(jié)果整肺灌洗后鹽水組TXB2、ET、蛋白質(zhì)含量均明顯升高,而磷脂含量較低。單葉細(xì)辛組、遼細(xì)辛組TXB2、ET、蛋白質(zhì)含量較低而磷脂含量較高,與鹽水組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),而單葉細(xì)辛組和遼細(xì)辛組比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論單葉細(xì)辛可抑制寒飲射肺證大鼠TXB2、ET的產(chǎn)生,減少灌洗液中蛋白質(zhì)含量,有效改善肺通氣?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】單葉細(xì)辛;遼細(xì)辛;血栓素B2;內(nèi)皮素;磷脂;動(dòng)物模型Abstract:ObjectiveTostudytheeffectsofsingleleafA

7、glung.10Keywords:singleleafAsarum;singleleafAsarumiMiq;thromboxaneB2;endothelin;phospholipid;animalmodel《中華人民共和國(guó)藥典》規(guī)定細(xì)辛正品為馬兜鈴科植物北細(xì)辛、漢城細(xì)辛或華細(xì)辛的干燥全草[1],其中華細(xì)辛與漢城細(xì)辛臨床又統(tǒng)稱為遼細(xì)辛。但由于以上品種生長(zhǎng)緩慢、貨源緊缺,臨床廣泛以馬兜鈴科植物單葉細(xì)辛的帶根全草作為代用品使用,習(xí)稱“甘肅細(xì)辛”或“草細(xì)辛”。筆者根據(jù)中醫(yī)理論復(fù)制了寒飲射肺證動(dòng)物模型,就單葉細(xì)辛對(duì)該動(dòng)物模型肺通氣功能相關(guān)指標(biāo)的影響進(jìn)行了研究,現(xiàn)
