1、復方丹參滴丸對缺血性腦血管病患者血漿溶血磷脂酸的影響【關鍵詞】,復方丹參滴丸;,,缺血性腦血管病;,,溶血磷脂 摘要:目的:探討疑似腦供血不足、短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作(TIA)、進展性腦梗死及腦梗死早期的患者血漿溶血磷脂酸(LPA)水平的變化及復方丹參滴丸對血漿LPA的影響。方法:采用有機溶劑抽提、分離溶血磷脂酸,以定磷方法測定疑似腦供血不足及缺血性腦血管病患者98例血漿LPA的水平,并與正常對照組比較。對疑似腦供血不足組和TIA組的36例患者,每日給復方丹參滴丸,1個月后復查LPA并與服藥前比較。結果:疑似腦供血不足、TIA、進展性腦梗死及腦梗死早期患者的
2、血漿LPA水平分別為(3.95±0.78)μmol/L、(5.16±0.88)μmol/L、(4.31±1.32)μmol/L、(2.98±1.04)μmol/L,顯著高于正常對照組(2.02±0.71)μmol/L(均P<0.05)。經(jīng)復方丹參滴丸干預者1個月后復查血漿LPA為(1.96±0.91)μmol/L,與服藥前(4.31±1.21)μmol/L比較,差異有極顯著性(均P<0.01)。結論:血漿LPA水平的測定可能有助于對缺血性腦血管病的早期診斷;口服復方丹參滴丸可有效降低缺血性腦血管病患者血漿LPA水平?! £P鍵詞:復方丹參滴丸;
