2、血漿LPA水平分別為(3.95±0.78)μmol/L、(5.16±0.88)μmol/L、(4.31±1.32)μmol/L、(2.98±1.04)μmol/L,顯著高于正常對照組(2.02±0.71)μmol/L(均P<0.05)。經(jīng)復方丹參滴丸干預者1個月后復查血漿LPA為(1.96±0.91)μmol/L,與服藥前(4.31±1.21)μmol/L比較,差異有極顯著性(均P<0.01)。結論：血漿LPA水平的測定可能有助于對缺血性腦血管病的早期診斷;口服復方丹參滴丸可有效降低缺血性腦血管病患者血漿LPA水平?！ ￡P鍵詞：復方丹參滴丸；
