1、IL10基因內(nèi)耳局部治療自身免疫性感音神經(jīng)性聾的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究作者：陳文博，譚長(zhǎng)強(qiáng)，董偉達(dá)，李玉瑾，蔡文君，郭浪，李王偉【摘要】　　目的：探索局部應(yīng)用IL10基因與慢病毒重組載體對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)性自身免疫性感音神經(jīng)性聾（ASNHL）的治療作用。方法：采用純化同種內(nèi)耳抗原免疫豚鼠，造成ASNHL動(dòng)物模型，再將重組載體分別經(jīng)鼓階、內(nèi)淋巴囊和圓窗龕局部注射或滲透，觀察聽覺功能和內(nèi)耳病理形態(tài)學(xué)變化，同時(shí)行免疫組織化學(xué)試驗(yàn)了解慢病毒轉(zhuǎn)染和基因產(chǎn)物在內(nèi)耳的分布。結(jié)果：治療前后ABRⅢ波閾值的均值對(duì)比分析結(jié)果顯示，各實(shí)驗(yàn)組局部基因治療后均降低；治療后各實(shí)驗(yàn)組組間比較差
