1、吡咯烷二硫氨基甲酸酯對(duì)犬心肌線粒體損傷的保護(hù)作用作者:孟素峰,李有清,王啟明【摘要】目的觀察吡咯烷二硫氨基甲酸酯(PDTC)對(duì)體外循環(huán)(extracorporealcirculation,ECC)中犬心肌線粒體損傷的保護(hù)作用。方法12只犬隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(C組,n=6)和PDTC組(P組,n=6),腹腔內(nèi)注射戊巴比妥鈉25mg/kg麻醉后建立ECC心肌缺血再灌注模型。P組于ECC前靜脈注射PDTC20mg/kg,C組靜脈注射等量生理鹽水。分別于ECC前、阻斷主動(dòng)脈60min、開放主動(dòng)脈30min和60min時(shí),測(cè)定心肌線粒體超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化
2、物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)、總抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和線粒體腫脹度(MSD)。結(jié)果與ECC前比較,兩組阻斷主動(dòng)脈后SOD、GSH-PX及T-AOC均降低(P<0.01),MDA和MSD含量均升高;開放主動(dòng)脈后C組SOD、GSH-PX及T-AOC均降低(P<0.01),MSD和MDA含量均升高(P<0.01);P組在開放主動(dòng)脈60min時(shí)SOD、GSH-PX、T-AOC、MSD和MDA含量差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。P組在阻斷主動(dòng)脈60min時(shí)和開放主動(dòng)脈后SOD、GSH-PX及T-AOC均顯著高于C組(P<0.01),MSD和MDA含量均顯著
