1、心理護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)骨科擇期手術(shù)患者心理狀況的作用【摘要】 目的探討心理護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)骨科擇期手術(shù)患者心理狀況的作用，為骨科擇期手術(shù)患者提出可行的心理護(hù)理措施。方法對(duì)照組和觀察組各228例骨科擇期手術(shù)患者，對(duì)照組按骨科相應(yīng)疾病常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組在進(jìn)行常規(guī)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上采取系統(tǒng)的心理護(hù)理干預(yù)措施，即入院后給予心理護(hù)理干預(yù)和健康教育等。結(jié)果入院時(shí)患者普遍存在情緒障礙、焦慮、抑郁等；兩組患者不同護(hù)理前后SAS、SDS評(píng)分比較，經(jīng)心理護(hù)理干預(yù)后觀察組術(shù)前1d的焦慮程度比入院時(shí)明顯減輕(P＜0.05)；對(duì)照組術(shù)前1d的焦慮程度比

8、了患者社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況，使其生理上遭受到重大改變，因而心理易出現(xiàn)不良情緒反應(yīng)，這樣不僅會(huì)影響到進(jìn)一步診療和護(hù)理，而且還影響到疾病的轉(zhuǎn)歸和預(yù)后，同時(shí)由于心理情緒影響易使醫(yī)療糾紛的發(fā)生率增多[1]。骨科擇期手術(shù)患者存在明顯負(fù)性情緒，心理護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)緩解患者的焦慮抑郁情緒是非常有效的。我院骨科2007年1月至2010年1月共收治骨盆骨折、上肢骨折、下肢骨折患者456例，其中228例在進(jìn)行骨科相應(yīng)疾病常規(guī)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上采取系統(tǒng)
