1、武漢工程大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文摘要苯酚是一種毒性很強的有機化合物,存在于許多工業(yè)廢水中,嚴(yán)重危害著人類和動植物的健康。因此,除去廢水中的苯酚是十分必要的。目前,工業(yè)含酚廢水的處理方法主要有吸附、萃取、離子交換、化學(xué)氧化法、光催化氧化法、活性污泥法和生物膜技術(shù)。本文采用酚醛反應(yīng)法對高濃度含酚廢水進行預(yù)處理,然后通過樹脂的動態(tài)吸附對已經(jīng)經(jīng)過預(yù)處理的含酚廢水進行苯酚含量的進一步降低。得到的結(jié)果如下:⑴研究了深度縮合法對含酚廢水的預(yù)處理效果。通過改變除酚效果的影響因素,即甲醛用量、硫酸用量、反應(yīng)溫度和反應(yīng)時間,探索了這些影響因素對除酚效果的
2、影響趨勢。其他三個因素不變,改變其中一個因素,經(jīng)實驗得:廢水中苯酚含量隨甲醛用量的增加而減少,隨硫酸用量的增加而減少,隨反應(yīng)溫度的升高而減少,隨反應(yīng)時間的延長而減少。⑵從減少甲醛含量、延長反應(yīng)時間方面做了幾組實驗,根據(jù)實驗數(shù)據(jù)綜合考慮,最終確定200ml廢水加入10ml甲醛、1.5ml鹽酸,在90℃下反應(yīng)7小時,對含酚廢水的預(yù)處理效果最佳。⑶研究了樹脂吸附法去除廢水中低濃度苯酚的效果。H-103樹脂的動態(tài)吸附實驗表明,500ppm的含酚廢水以60ml/h的流速流過H-103樹脂,經(jīng)過10小時的動態(tài)吸附,樹脂的吸附能力達到飽和,
