1、[45鋼淬火工藝]45鋼高頻淬火工藝及性能的研究篇一:45鋼高頻淬火工藝及性能的研究北華航天工業(yè)學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文摘要本文研究了感應(yīng)加熱表面淬火對于45鋼組織性能的影響,采用感應(yīng)加熱表面淬火技術(shù)對45鋼進(jìn)行表面強(qiáng)化,通過調(diào)整加熱時間及感應(yīng)電流等工藝參數(shù),對所獲得試件的淬硬層進(jìn)行顯微硬度測試,利用金相顯微鏡對試件淬硬層的組織、厚度進(jìn)行研究分析。[]同時與正火并調(diào)質(zhì)件進(jìn)行硬度、金相組織等方面的比較。結(jié)果表明經(jīng)過高頻感應(yīng)加熱淬火后45鋼的表面性能明顯改善,表面為淬火馬氏體,而心部仍為正火組織,使得試件既耐磨又有很強(qiáng)
