1、遼寧中醫(yī)藥學(xué)報十五卷護骨膠囊對成骨細胞增殖、分化影響李寶紅1,吳勁東2,趙文昌1,宋麗軍1(1.廣東醫(yī)學(xué)院藥學(xué)院廣東東莞523808;廣東醫(yī)學(xué)院藥理學(xué)教研室,廣東東莞523808)摘要:目的:探討護骨膠囊對體外培養(yǎng)的大鼠成骨細胞增殖、分化的影響。方法:采用多次酶消化法分離出大鼠顱蓋骨的成骨細胞,采用MTT法和堿性磷酸酶法分別檢測護骨膠囊對成骨細胞增殖和分化的作用;采用SYBRgreenI嵌合的RT-PCR方法檢測Runx2mRNA表達水平。結(jié)果:護骨膠囊在濃度0.025~2.5μg/mL對成骨細胞有促增殖的作用,護骨膠囊在濃度0.025~25μg/mL對堿性磷酸酶的活性均有提高
