1、血清妊娠相關(guān)血漿蛋白A與急性冠狀動脈綜合征的臨床相關(guān)性作者：田莉，張清華，蔣知新，陳東【關(guān)鍵詞】不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛；酶聯(lián)免疫法；妊娠相關(guān)血漿蛋白A；高敏C反應蛋白；斑塊穩(wěn)定性 摘要：目的探討急性冠脈綜合征患者妊娠相關(guān)血漿蛋白A水平與高敏C反應蛋白的關(guān)系及與動脈粥樣硬化斑塊穩(wěn)定性的關(guān)系。方法選擇急性冠狀動脈綜合征(ACS)患者43例，穩(wěn)定性心絞痛(SA)患者25例，對照組15例，進行對比分析，ACS中不穩(wěn)定性心絞痛(UA)20例，急性心肌梗死(AMI)23例；心絞痛組和對照組于入院次日晨抽取外周靜脈血，AMI組于發(fā)病12h內(nèi)抽取靜脈血。采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA法)檢測血清妊娠相關(guān)血漿蛋
2、白(PAPPA)，散射比濁法檢測C反應蛋白(CRP)濃度，進行各組間PAPPA、CRP含量比較。結(jié)果ACS組與穩(wěn)定型心絞痛組和對照組之間相比，高敏C反應蛋白和妊娠相關(guān)血漿蛋白A水平的差異均有顯著性(P<0.01)；妊娠相關(guān)血漿蛋白A水平與高敏C反應蛋白呈正相關(guān)(r=0.158)；多因素回歸分析顯示妊娠相關(guān)血漿蛋白A水平與高敏C反應蛋白呈正相關(guān)直線關(guān)系。結(jié)論妊娠相關(guān)血漿蛋白A水平可作為臨床評估冠心病患者病情穩(wěn)定程度,并進而可能成為評價冠狀動脈斑塊穩(wěn)定性的指標之一。 關(guān)鍵詞：不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛；酶聯(lián)免疫法；妊娠相關(guān)血漿蛋白A；高敏C反應蛋白；斑塊穩(wěn)定性 Theclinicalrelev
