1、摘要彈載數(shù)據(jù)信號采集是武器裝備研制過程中常用的測試手段,彈載數(shù)據(jù)信號采集器隨彈體一起飛行,在整個(gè)飛行試驗(yàn)過程中將待測試數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)采集、存儲下來,在彈體落地后回收讀出進(jìn)行分析,為武器裝備研制提供重要參考。本文針對某彈的技術(shù)指標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)了一款由MSP430F149處理器、兩路加速度傳感器模塊及AD轉(zhuǎn)換模塊組成的低功耗彈載加速度數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。文章進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)方案設(shè)計(jì)及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)分析;設(shè)計(jì)了電路原理圖,加工了印制電路板并進(jìn)行了焊接裝調(diào);設(shè)計(jì)了含加速度數(shù)據(jù)采集程序、數(shù)據(jù)處理程序等軟件,進(jìn)行了軟硬件調(diào)試。對設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)據(jù)信號采集系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)測試,測試結(jié)果表明,此系統(tǒng)能夠準(zhǔn)確獲得彈丸飛行過程
