1、我國房地產(chǎn)上市公司營運(yùn)能力分析摘要：近年來，房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)以驚人的速度在發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長幅度在我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)總額中占有重要地位，越來越多的企業(yè)家進(jìn)入房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)，房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。由于傳統(tǒng)的營運(yùn)能力分析體系存在較多的漏洞，投資者很難通過分析,得到企業(yè)營運(yùn)能力的實(shí)際情況。所以，改進(jìn)企業(yè)營運(yùn)能力分析指標(biāo)體系具有較為重要的意義。如今，已有很多的專家學(xué)者在認(rèn)識(shí)傳統(tǒng)分析體系不足的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了新的分析體系的構(gòu)思和建議。本文通過對(duì)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)原有的營運(yùn)能力指標(biāo)體系與改進(jìn)后的營運(yùn)能力指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析，用以說明房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)資產(chǎn)利用的效率，促進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)
