1、設(shè)計總說明PS水庫位于河北省沙河市境內(nèi)，屬海河流域滏陽河系沙洺河支流。本工程存在的主要問題如下：(1)大壩基礎(chǔ)抗滑不滿足要求，壩體高水位時滲漏嚴(yán)重。(2)壩頂高程在不滿足規(guī)范要求。(3)放水洞閘閥損壞。(4)大壩下游無消能防沖設(shè)施。經(jīng)鑒定大壩屬于三類壩。PS水庫除險加固設(shè)計是根據(jù)實際工程進行初步設(shè)計，主要內(nèi)容包括壩體的抗滑穩(wěn)定計算，壩基應(yīng)力復(fù)合，溢流壩過流能力及消能計算等幾個部分。壩體抗滑穩(wěn)定計算是重力壩設(shè)計的一項重要內(nèi)容，其目的是驗算壩體沿壩基面的抗滑穩(wěn)定安全度，利用公式判別大壩是否滿足抗滑穩(wěn)定要求。經(jīng)計
2、算得大壩在某些工況下不滿足抗滑穩(wěn)定要求。應(yīng)力分析的目的是檢驗壩體在施工和運用期間是否滿足強度要求，利用材料力學(xué)的方法檢驗應(yīng)力是否滿足要求。經(jīng)計算得大壩在某些工況下不滿足要求。溢流壩過流能力驗算及消能計算依據(jù)《溢洪道設(shè)計規(guī)范》SL253-2000計算。經(jīng)計算得滿足要求。最后進行除險加固方案設(shè)計，使不滿足要求的工況滿足設(shè)計要求，使大壩得到加固。關(guān)鍵詞：抗滑穩(wěn)定、應(yīng)力復(fù)合、過流能力及消能計算。GeneraldescriptionofdesignPSreservoirinHebeiprovinceShahecity
