5、cebetweenthecylinderandtheexhaustsystem.IftheexhaustvalvebeginstoopenwhenthepistonreachedBDC,backpressureagainsttheupwardpistonmustbeextremelyhigh.Thustheexhaustprocessusuallybegins40~60oCAbeforeBDC(exhaustleadcrankangle).Blowdownphasesendswhenpressuredifferencebetweenthecylind
6、erandtheexhaustsystemdisappears,about10~30oCAafterBDC.Thoughthefreeexhaustphasecoversonlyabout1/10ofexhauststroke,itdischarges60%ofburnedgas.2.DisplacementTheexhaustgasisscavengedbypiston’supwardmotionthatistheburntgasisforcedoutofthecylinder.Itisapositivedisplaceprocess.Theexh
