2、計(jì)算藥動學(xué)參數(shù)。結(jié)果大鼠尾;v丹參醇提取物后，丹參酮I，的主要藥動學(xué)參數(shù)分別為i,:為((0.088士。.024)h.t,。為(2.1士0.7)h:V為(0.8士0.6)L;CL為(2.0士1.1)L/h’;AUC}，和AUC,_分別為(2.2士0.9)mg·h/L和((3.4士1.7)mg"h/I結(jié)論丹參醇提取物iv給藥后，丹參酮I，的藥一時(shí)曲線符合二室模型血漿中丹參酮I*迅速下降，表觀分布容積大;隱丹參酮在血漿中消除快，藥動學(xué)參數(shù)不易獲得關(guān)鍵詞丹參;丹參醇提取物;丹參酮皿。;隱丹參酮藥動學(xué);高效液相色譜中圖分類號82
