3、ebyincreasingtheefficiencyofthepumpisnecessarytoenergyconservationwhichalsohasaveryimportantsignificanceoncreatingaresource-savingsociety.Mixed-flowpumpsaremoreandmorewidelyappliedtoindustrialandagriculturalproduction,therequirementoftheperformanceofthemixed-flowpumpbecomeincreasinglyhigh.Whenthewo

4、rkingconditiondeviatesfromthedesignedcondition,theflowfiledatimpelleroutletdoesnotmatchwellwiththeflowfieldatvoluteinlet,whichwillleadtotheefficiencydropofmixed-flowpump.Reasonabledesignofmixed-flowpumpimpellerandvolutecanimprovethedistributionofflowfield,andthenimprovethehydraulicperformanceofthem

5、ixed-flowpump.Basedontheoreticalanalysis,numericalsimulationandmodelexperimentresearchmethods,impellerandvolutematchingoptimizationofhighspecificmixed-flowpumpwithvolutewereconducted.Thispaperdevelopedahigh-performancemixed-flowpumpmodelwithdoublevoluteswhosensequalsto585withthetargetofperfectmatch

6、betweenimpellerandvoluteunderdifferentflowrateconditions.Thefullthree-dimensionalnumericalcalculationinternalflowfieldandradialforceoftheoptimaldesignedhighspecificspeedmixed-flowpumpwithdoublevoluteswasinvestigated.Numericalsimulationofthepumpusedthestandardκ-εturbulencemodel.Theκ-εturbulencemodel
