2、分析.結(jié)果表明:?jiǎn)挝仛るx心泵在設(shè)計(jì)工況及大流量工況下,壓力脈動(dòng)頻率以葉片通過頻率為主;在小流量工況下,壓力脈動(dòng)頻率以低于1倍葉片通過頻率為主,在0.6倍設(shè)計(jì)流量工況下,其壓力脈動(dòng)最大幅值約為設(shè)計(jì)工況下1.13倍.雙蝸殼離心泵在小流量、設(shè)計(jì)流量及大流量工況下,壓力脈動(dòng)頻率均以葉片通過頻率為主,在0.6、0.8和1.2倍設(shè)計(jì)工況下,其壓力脈動(dòng)最大幅值分別約為設(shè)計(jì)工況的6.59、3.12和4.55倍.相比較于單蝸殼泵,雙蝸殼泵能有效地平衡徑向力,在偏離設(shè)計(jì)工況下徑向力變化不大.關(guān)鍵詞:雙吸離心泵;單蝸殼;雙蝸殼;壓力脈動(dòng);徑向力·中圖分類號(hào):TH311文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)
