4、environmentalattributes.Whatisseriousisthattheimpactfromthesedoesnotendwithlocalfarmers,asabandoningKoreanagricultureistogofarbeyondtheindustryitselfinthefuture.ThenewagriculturalpoliciesadoptedafterthelaunchoftheWTOhavecausedthecombinedfarmingbasedonharmony
5、betweenpaddiesanddryfieldstovirtuallydisappear:Soilfertilityhasalsofallen.Whilethereisasurplusinriceproduction,theeconomyisdependentonimportsforbeansandwheat.Concernsarebeingraisedaboutwheatflourmixedwithchemicalsandgeneticallymodifiedbeans.Thenationalself-s
6、ufficiencyingrainshasplummeted,whereasnoneofthepositiveeffectsofglobalizationisyettoberealized.Trueinternationalcompetitivenesscanbeobtainedonlywhenweevaluatethesituationfromanobjectivepointofview.Thedemandforauniformadoptionofwesternfarmingpracticeswithoutg
