1、聯(lián)想集團(tuán)跨國(guó)并購(gòu)案例分析摘要隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放三十多年的發(fā)展,有一批中國(guó)知名企業(yè)已經(jīng)成長(zhǎng)到一定規(guī)模,在日本、韓國(guó)企業(yè)之后,他們都相繼開(kāi)始了國(guó)際化擴(kuò)張和兼并收購(gòu)的行動(dòng),向著自己國(guó)際化的目標(biāo)靠近,比較著名的企業(yè)如TCL、聯(lián)想、海爾、華為等。但中國(guó)企業(yè)在以跨國(guó)并購(gòu)的方式走出國(guó)門的過(guò)程中,都分別遇到了各種各樣的困難和挑戰(zhàn)。本文以著名科技公司聯(lián)想集團(tuán)的兩個(gè)跨國(guó)并購(gòu)案例為切入點(diǎn),闡述其跨國(guó)并購(gòu)和整合的過(guò)程,運(yùn)用分析、比較、歸納的方法,找出聯(lián)想集團(tuán)在跨國(guó)并購(gòu)過(guò)程中面臨的問(wèn)題及其成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)或失敗的教訓(xùn),并從案例中抽取一些普適性的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),推而廣之,為其他中國(guó)企業(yè)所借鑒,促進(jìn)
