1、臨床研究婦科癌癥患者心理彈性及影響因素的相關(guān)研究陳露露1彭李1唐棠2李敏1*[摘要]　目的：研究婦科癌癥患者心理彈性狀況及影響因素，為婦科癌癥患者的心理康復(fù)提供依據(jù)。方法：采用心理彈性量表(Connor-Davidsonresiliencescale，CD-RISC)、癥狀自評(píng)量表（SymptomChecklist90，SCL-90）、艾森克人格問卷（EysenckPersonalityQuestionnaire,EPQ）、應(yīng)對(duì)方式問卷對(duì)181名三甲醫(yī)院的婦科癌癥患者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果：①婦科癌癥患者心理彈性（CD）總分為60.09±1

2、9.38；堅(jiān)韌性30.23±10.65，力量20.11±6.40，樂觀性9.75±3.53。②心理彈性高分組在外向性、合理化得分上顯著高于心理彈性低分組（p<0.05），在神經(jīng)質(zhì)得分上顯著低于心理彈性低分組（p<0.01）。③不同的醫(yī)保狀態(tài)下心理彈性有顯著差異（P＜0.01），心理彈性由高到低依次為：商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)＞職工醫(yī)保＞新農(nóng)合＞無保險(xiǎn)。④心理彈性隨著文化程度有增高的趨勢(shì)，小學(xué)文化者的心理彈性顯著低于大專文化者的心理彈性。心理彈性與外向性人格、合理化應(yīng)對(duì)方式正相關(guān)，與神經(jīng)質(zhì)及退避負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論：婦科癌癥患者心理彈性普遍較差，人格特征、應(yīng)對(duì)方
