1、基于AMESim的液壓回路性能仿真分析摘要現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的發(fā)展,對(duì)液壓傳動(dòng)與控制系統(tǒng)的性能和控制精度等提出了更高的要求。以功率鍵和圖為基礎(chǔ)的AMESim仿真軟件具有友好的人機(jī)交互界面,使用方便,大大減少了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)分析中人工工作量和對(duì)專業(yè)知識(shí)的要求,可以使用戶能夠迅速進(jìn)行建模仿真,分析和優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),降低開發(fā)的成本和縮短開發(fā)的周期。本文首先對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和建模方法進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單介紹。然后,介紹了液壓機(jī)械建模仿真軟件AMESim的功能和特性,并以平面磨床液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)為例,詳細(xì)分析了AMESim的應(yīng)用。最后,以AMESim為仿真平臺(tái),對(duì)長(zhǎng)鋼軌
2、鋪軌機(jī)助推器的液壓系統(tǒng)的加壓缸回路和驅(qū)動(dòng)馬達(dá)回路分別進(jìn)行了仿真研究。用AMESim軟件對(duì)長(zhǎng)鋼軌鋪軌機(jī)助推器的液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真研究,結(jié)果與理論分析情況相吻合,表明數(shù)字仿真方法是分析液壓系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)特性的有效途徑。AMESim可以有效地對(duì)機(jī)械液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行建模仿真,也可應(yīng)用于液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過程,以提高設(shè)計(jì)效率和水平。關(guān)鍵詞:液壓;仿真;助推器;AMESimISIMULATIONANDANALYSISOFHYDRAULICLOOPBASEDONAMESIMAbstractWiththedevelopmentofpresent-dayindu

5、lingandsimulationsoftwareforhydraulicandmechanicalsystems.LabortheapplicationofmainsoftwareAMESimwithaninstanceofasurfacegrindingmachinehydraulicactuatorsystem.Lastly,thepressjarloopandthedrivemotorloophydraulicsystemofhydraulicpusherforlongrailwassimulatedandresearc
6、hedseparatelywithAMESim.ThesimulationresultofhydraulicpusherforlongrailbasedonAMESimaccordwiththeacademicsituation.Itindicates:themethodofnumericalsimulationisaneffectiveapproachtoanalysethedynamiccharacteristicofhydraulicsystem.AMESimisaperfectchoicetomodelandsimula
