3、gressinpowergenerationandsemiconductorcooling,ithasnotrealizedthelargescaleapplicationsyetduetothehighcostofrawmaterials,timeconsumptionandnothighenoughthermoelectrictransferefficiency.Hence,howtorealizethepreparationofhigh-performancethermoelecteicm
4、aterialsthroughthelowcostmethodwillhaveprofoundmeaningsforpromotingthethermoelectricmaterialsanditsdevicesapplications.Thethreeparameters:Seebeckcoefficient(α),electricalconductivity(σ)andthermalconductivity(κ)thatdeterminethefinalZTvaluesarestrongly
5、coupledviabandstructuresandscatteringmechanisms.Therefore,howtooptimizethreeparamaterssynchronouslyisthebigissueforthermoelectricmaterials.Thekeytodevelopthehigh-performancethermoelectricmaterialsistoimproveboththeelectricalconductivityandSeebeckcoef
