4、的特別規(guī)定ChapterVIIISupplementaryProvisions第八章附則ChapterIGeneralProvisions第一章總則Article1ThisLawisformulatedinordertoensuretheimpartialandpromptarbitrationofeconomicdisputes,toprotectthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofthePartiesandtosafeguardthesounddevelopmentofthesocialistmarketeconomy.第一條為保證公正、及時地仲裁經(jīng)濟糾
5、紛，保護當(dāng)事人的合法權(quán)益，保障社會主義市場經(jīng)濟健康發(fā)展，制定本法。Article2Contractualdisputesandotherdisputesoverrightsandinterestsinpropertybetweencitizens,Legalpersonsandotherorganizationsthatareequalsubjectsmaybearbitrated.第二條平等主體的公民、法人和其他組織之間發(fā)生的合同糾紛和其他財產(chǎn)權(quán)益糾紛，可以仲裁。Article3Thefollowingdisputesmaynotbearbitrated:第三條下列糾紛不能仲裁：(1)
