1、捅要j目前凍膠試驗(yàn)多采用室內(nèi)的靜態(tài)試驗(yàn),但是在現(xiàn)場實(shí)際中,凍膠在注入的過程中會受到包括泵、井筒、管線、地層等的多種剪切,其成膠情況與靜態(tài)成膠情況有很多差別,本文采用IKA攪拌器、IKA振蕩器,填砂管和微管模擬酚醛樹脂凍膠在配制、注入以及運(yùn)移過程中受到的剪切作用,考察了酚醛樹脂凍膠在剪切條件下的動態(tài)成膠時間,動態(tài)成膠后的成膠強(qiáng)度、臨界成膠剪切速率,粘度恢復(fù)能力,剪切前后的微觀形態(tài)等,并與酚醛樹脂凍膠在安瓿瓶內(nèi)靜態(tài)成膠的成膠情況進(jìn)行對比,另外還考察了聚合物和交聯(lián)劑質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)、剪切速率、滲透率等對酚醛樹脂凍膠動態(tài)成膠的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:剪切條件下酚醛樹脂凍膠的成膠時間比靜態(tài)條件下的成
2、膠時間長,成膠后的強(qiáng)度低;酚醛樹脂凍膠在經(jīng)過攪拌剪切和振蕩剪切后靜置粘度可以有不同程度的恢復(fù);隨著聚合物和交聯(lián)劑質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的增加、攪拌剪切速率和振蕩剪切速率的減小、多孔介質(zhì)滲透率的增加,酚醛樹脂凍膠在微管中注入速度的降低,酚醛樹脂凍膠的成膠時間縮短,成膠后強(qiáng)度增大,封堵能力增強(qiáng);在現(xiàn)場注入過程中,應(yīng)使酚醛樹脂凍膠在誘導(dǎo)階段結(jié)束之前注入地層,并保證其在在地層中的注入速度小于1.54m/d時,以使其在悶井后凍膠粘度能夠恢復(fù)至較大值;用掃描電鏡可以看到酚醛樹脂凍膠在未受到剪切時為規(guī)則的三維空間網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),經(jīng)過多孔介質(zhì)剪切后三維網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)被破壞,變得不完整。關(guān)鍵詞:凍膠,酚醛樹脂凍膠,剪切,
