1、中國石油大學(華東)碩士學位論文剪切條件下酚醛樹脂凍膠成膠性能研究姓名:呂鵬申請學位級別:碩士專業(yè):油氣田開發(fā)工程指導教師:王業(yè)飛201205捅要j目前凍膠試驗多采用室內的靜態(tài)試驗,但是在現場實際中,凍膠在注入的過程中會受到包括泵、井筒、管線、地層等的多種剪切,其成膠情況與靜態(tài)成膠情況有很多差別,本文采用IKA攪拌器、IKA振蕩器,填砂管和微管模擬酚醛樹脂凍膠在配制、注入以及運移過程中受到的剪切作用,考察了酚醛樹脂凍膠在剪切條件下的動態(tài)成膠時間,動態(tài)成膠后的成膠強度、臨界成膠剪切速率,粘度恢復能力,剪切
2、前后的微觀形態(tài)等,并與酚醛樹脂凍膠在安瓿瓶內靜態(tài)成膠的成膠情況進行對比,另外還考察了聚合物和交聯劑質量分數、剪切速率、滲透率等對酚醛樹脂凍膠動態(tài)成膠的影響。研究結果表明:剪切條件下酚醛樹脂凍膠的成膠時間比靜態(tài)條件下的成膠時間長,成膠后的強度低;酚醛樹脂凍膠在經過攪拌剪切和振蕩剪切后靜置粘度可以有不同程度的恢復;隨著聚合物和交聯劑質量分數的增加、攪拌剪切速率和振蕩剪切速率的減小、多孔介質滲透率的增加,酚醛樹脂凍膠在微管中注入速度的降低,酚醛樹脂凍膠的成膠時間縮短,成膠后強度增大,封堵能力增強;在現場注入過
3、程中,應使酚醛樹脂凍膠在誘導階段結束之前注入地層,并保證其在在地層中的注入速度小于1.54m/d時,以使其在悶井后凍膠粘度能夠恢復至較大值;用掃描電鏡可以看到酚醛樹脂凍膠在未受到剪切時為規(guī)則的三維空間網狀結構,經過多孔介質剪切后三維網狀結構被破壞,變得不完整。關鍵詞:凍膠,酚醛樹脂凍膠,剪切,動態(tài)成膠StudyontheGellingPerformanceofPhenolicResinGelunderShearingLvPeng(Oil&GasFieldDevelopmentEngineering)Di
