3、心設備。伴隨著海運業(yè)迅速發(fā)展和制冷、空調裝置的廣泛使用,在制冷裝置操作管理中正確分析、判斷并迅速排除故障已成為輪機管理人員的重要職責。制冷裝置各部件設計制造不妥,或操作管理不當均可能造成相關運動部件和自控元件頻繁出現(xiàn)故障。故障一旦產生,船舶管理人員就應及時分析故障誘發(fā)因素,并快速、準確地找出故障源進而加以排除。因此,對船用制冷裝置的故障診斷與處理對輪機員來說是一項具有挑戰(zhàn)性的工作。此文分析了船舶制冷裝置的常見故障,并從設計和管理兩方面闡明了各種常見故障的診斷方法,并著重從船舶制冷操作管理角度提出了排除各種故障的相應的對策。關鍵詞:制冷裝置;管理;故障分析;對策ABSTRACTIntoda
