1、淺析優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理對(duì)腫瘤晚期患者疼痛的效果分析艾淑穎李樺湖北醫(yī)藥學(xué)院附屬太和醫(yī)院湖北十堰442000【摘要】目的：通過(guò)臨床對(duì)比研究，探討優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理對(duì)腫瘤晚期患者疼痛的效果。方法：隨機(jī)選取我院2014年6月-2015年5月腫瘤科收治的120例腫瘤晚期患者，并隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組各60例。對(duì)照組患者采用常規(guī)的護(hù)理措施，觀察組患者采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理措施，對(duì)比兩組患者的臨床疼痛狀況。結(jié)果：觀察組60例患者中，因采取優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理措施，52例患者的疼痛感為輕度疼痛，所占比例為86.67%，5例患者疼痛感為中度疼痛，所占比例為8.33%,3例患者疼痛感為重度疼痛，所占比例為5%;對(duì)照組60例患者中，
2、因僅采用常規(guī)護(hù)理措施，僅28例患者為輕度疼痛，所占比例為46.67%,21例患者的疼痛感為中度疼痛，所占比例為35%,11例患者的疼痛感為重度疼痛，所占比例為18.33%;兩組數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。該次研宄證明，對(duì)腫瘤晚期患者采取優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理措施,不僅能有效緩解護(hù)患矛盾，更能有效降低患者的病痛，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。結(jié)論：盡管在臨床治療上對(duì)腫瘤晚期患者使用了鎮(zhèn)痛藥物，但腫瘤晚期患者仍需要承受許多疼痛，無(wú)論心理或生理，都承受著巨大的痛苦。木次研究，通過(guò)幵展優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理的方式，幫助腫瘤晚期患者減少了疼痛感，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】腫瘤晚期；優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理；疼痛；效果分析
