1、淺析優(yōu)質(zhì)護理在預(yù)防多排螺旋CT增強檢查患者對比劑不良反應(yīng)的影響大慶龍南醫(yī)院163453摘要：目的：研究分析優(yōu)質(zhì)護理在預(yù)防多排螺旋CT增強檢查患者對比劑不良反應(yīng)的應(yīng)用價值。方法：此次研宂的對象是選取2009年3月至2013年5月期間我院接受多排螺旋CT増強檢查的患者158例，將其臨床資料進行回顧性分析，并依據(jù)隨機分配原則分為觀察組和對照組各79例，兩組患者均給予常規(guī)多排螺旋CT增強檢查和護理，觀察組患者在此棊礎(chǔ)上給予優(yōu)質(zhì)護理，統(tǒng)計分析所有患者多排螺旋CT堉強檢查時血壓波動、心率波動、焦慮情緒情況，檢查后對比劑不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況和以及護理總滿意度情況。結(jié)果：多排螺旋
