1、優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理在預(yù)防多排螺旋CT增強(qiáng)檢查患者對(duì)比劑不良反應(yīng)的價(jià)值分析摘要日的：探討優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理在預(yù)防多排螺旋CT增強(qiáng)檢查患者對(duì)比劑不良反應(yīng)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：選取2009年3月至2013年5月期間我院接受多排螺旋CT增強(qiáng)檢查的患者158例，依據(jù)隨機(jī)分配原則分為觀察組和対照組各79例，兩組患者均給予常規(guī)多排螺旋CT增強(qiáng)檢查和護(hù)理，觀察組患者在此基礎(chǔ)上給予優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理，統(tǒng)計(jì)分析所冇患者多排螺旋CT增強(qiáng)檢查時(shí)血壓波動(dòng)、心率波動(dòng)、焦慮情緒情況，檢查后對(duì)比劑不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況和以及護(hù)理總滿意度情況。結(jié)果：多排螺旋CT增強(qiáng)檢查時(shí)，觀察組患者血壓波動(dòng)、心率波動(dòng)、焦慮情緒情
