5、…….…11Ⅴ.Conclusion……………………………………………….………………….………...13References…………………………………………………………………………………….…13第13頁共13頁摘 要：教師的基本職業(yè)主要限于闡明事理和傳授知識，監(jiān)督學(xué)生，師生之間是直接的傳遞和接受關(guān)系，師生關(guān)系的單一性與教師角色的單一性之間是一致的。然而在當(dāng)代，雖然教師作為文化傳承的執(zhí)行者的基本職能并沒有改變，但他卻不再像以往那樣直接以權(quán)威的身份授予學(xué)生以學(xué)習(xí)的經(jīng)驗，而是通過更加間接的方式實現(xiàn)文化傳遞的職能，他往往以各種方式調(diào)動和引導(dǎo)學(xué)生參與活動，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在經(jīng)過精心設(shè)計的情境中進(jìn)行探索
