3、注重“天人合一”,西方人注重“以人為本”。這種價(jià)值理念的差別形成了中餐以食表意、以物傳情的特點(diǎn),過分注重飯菜的意、色、形,基本追求色、香、味,具有粗放型思維特征的中國人在數(shù)千年的漫長歲月中卻很少考慮飯菜的營養(yǎng)性。西方人在烹飪時(shí)自始至終堅(jiān)持著飯菜的實(shí)用性基本特征。從營養(yǎng)角度出發(fā)、落足于食物對(duì)人的健康,他們不講究花樣、輕視了飯菜的其他功能,致使除了一些吃西餐煩瑣的規(guī)矩之外,并沒有給人留下太深的印象。在中國,烹調(diào)是一種藝術(shù);在西方,烹調(diào)則是一種勞動(dòng)。關(guān)鍵詞:飲食文化,飲食觀念,味道,營養(yǎng),飲食方式,用餐禮儀AbstractThedifferencebetweenEastandWe
