1、華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學2012屆碩士研究生畢業(yè)論文4.褐飛虱對兩種水稻抗蟲材料適應性變化。用兩種抗蟲材料MH63(Bphl5)齊DMH63(Bphl4+15)連續(xù)飼養(yǎng)7代后,褐飛虱的某些生物學參數(shù)與對照間差異不顯著,但產(chǎn)卵量、種群趨勢指數(shù)和相對適合度仍顯著低于對照。4.1抗蟲材料上褐飛虱第1代雌雄成蟲體重減輕,發(fā)育歷期延長,與對照間差異顯著??瓜x材料MH63(Bph:5)和MH63(Bphl4+15)上褐飛虱雌成蟲體重分別比對照輕45.76%和49.15%,雄成蟲體重分別比對照輕45.58%和51.02%。褐飛虱雌雄蟲發(fā)育
2、歷期在抗蟲材料MH63(Bphl5)上分別延長37.11%和27.78%,MH63(Bphl4+15)上延長80.23%和55.93%。用MH63(Bphl4+:5)飼養(yǎng)褐飛虱7代后,對褐飛虱雌成蟲體重和雄成蟲發(fā)育歷期無顯著影響。4.2用抗蟲材料MH63(Bph:5)矛HMH63(Bphl4+15)飼養(yǎng)褐飛虱,第1代褐飛虱3.5若蟲存活率低,分別比對照MH63低11.22%和37.76%;第1代褐飛虱成蟲羽化率分別為67.82%和35.58%,比對照MH63低30.08%禾D63.32%;連續(xù)飼養(yǎng)7代后,抗蟲材料
3、MH63(Bph:5)對褐飛虱1.3齡若蟲存活率、3.5齡若蟲存活率、羽化率、雌蟲比率、交配率、卵孵化率無明顯影響。MH63(Bphl4+15)對褐飛虱成蟲羽化率、雌蟲比率、交配率、卵孵化率影響不明顯。4.3抗蟲材料MH63(BphiS)矛ttMH63(BphJ4+:5)上第1代褐飛虱雌蟲產(chǎn)卵量低,比對照MH63少80_90%和88.73%。連續(xù)飼養(yǎng)7代后,褐飛虱雌蟲產(chǎn)卵量在MH63(Bphl5)齊DMH63(印力』4+-5)上分別比對照少48.79%冪D72.49%??梢?,兩種抗蟲材料對褐飛虱雌成蟲有較強的產(chǎn)卵
