4、AmericainCookingCulture摘要：眾所周知，每個國家都有它自己的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣，每一種風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣反映一種文化，文化本身并不能去交流，而人類可以通過交際這個媒介去達到這一目的，相反文化又決定著人們的交際方式，從而使眾多差異趨于大眾化，文化差異千姿百態(tài)。飲食文化作為文化的一個分支也有它的特點，不同的文化背景在某一方面決定了飲食文化的發(fā)展方向。飲食文化是一門藝術(shù)，尤其在中國，它不僅僅是為了滿足人們的生理需求，同時也是為了滿足人們的精神需求，飲食反映了一種社會面貌，了解更多的飲食文化差異是人們了解別國文化的一個有效途徑。本文主要從四個方面對中美飲食文化差異進行對比分析，
