1、江蘇大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為新的經(jīng)濟增長點。2004年以來，我國政府先后出臺相關(guān)措施扶持動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)，我國動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)數(shù)量明顯提高，但質(zhì)量的提高更重要。針對動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)盈利模式的研究可以從產(chǎn)業(yè)的角度來審視產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的成熟度，也可以側(cè)重于企業(yè)的內(nèi)部戰(zhàn)略邏輯的構(gòu)建，從而在理論方面指導(dǎo)企業(yè)使其獲得更多的價值流入。無論從產(chǎn)業(yè)角度還是從微觀企業(yè)角度來看如何探尋適合我國動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的盈利模式是動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)理論是為研究創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)而提出的，而動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力是動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)盈利能力的核心利潤點。因此，本文借鑒區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的
2、理論研究方法，以期從區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)理論角度構(gòu)建具有理論價值和應(yīng)用價值的動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)盈利模式。首先，本文以區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)理論為基礎(chǔ)，概述了盈利模式、服務(wù)創(chuàng)新等相關(guān)理論概念，總結(jié)了美國、日本、韓國這三個動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相對成熟的國家在發(fā)展動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)方面的經(jīng)驗以及盈利模式的成功特征，分析了其可供我國動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的借鑒之處，概述了我國動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的盈利模式從出現(xiàn)到探索的發(fā)展過程，以及不足之處。其次，在區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)理論基礎(chǔ)上將動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的盈利模式分別從動漫企業(yè)、服務(wù)平臺、高?？蒲袡C構(gòu)等三個維度來構(gòu)建動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的盈利模式的理論模型；運用演化博弈的
3、相關(guān)方法分析了動漫企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理維度中原創(chuàng)戰(zhàn)略選擇對盈利能力的影響，并且提出理論模型相關(guān)假設(shè)。再次，通過對常州市動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的實地調(diào)研，運用因子分析、相關(guān)性分析的方法對數(shù)據(jù)材料進行分析，驗證了理論模型的相關(guān)假設(shè)。最后，從動漫企業(yè)、服務(wù)平臺、高?？蒲袡C構(gòu)三個維度提出了針對我國動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議。關(guān)鍵詞：動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)，盈利模式，區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)，服務(wù)創(chuàng)新基于區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的我國動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)盈利模式研究——以常州動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)為例ABSTRACTAnimationindustryhasbecomeaneweconomicgrowthpoin
