1、II貴州民族大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計摘要伴隨著時代的發(fā)展,車輛的逐漸走進千家萬戶,車輛的管理日益困難,于是車牌識別系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用得到了廣泛發(fā)展。車牌識別系統(tǒng)主要包括了圖像采集、圖像預(yù)處理、車牌定位、字符分割、字符識別五個核心部分。本文側(cè)重于介紹圖像預(yù)處理、車牌定位、字符分割三個模塊的實現(xiàn)。車牌識別系統(tǒng)使車輛管理更智能化,數(shù)字化,有效的提升了交通管理的方便性和有效性。本文的圖像預(yù)處理環(huán)節(jié)則采用圖像灰度化和用Roberts算子對車牌進行邊緣檢測。車牌定位和分割采用的是利用數(shù)學(xué)形態(tài)法來確定車牌位置,然后利用車牌彩色信息的彩
