2、機(jī)的工作包括氣動(dòng)卡盤卡緊與放松并按照焊接工藝要求進(jìn)行勻速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),頂尖通過(guò)氣缸帶動(dòng)進(jìn)行左右移動(dòng)以便裝卸工件,焊槍上下移動(dòng)給工人留下操作空間,焊槍可以左右移動(dòng)以便使焊槍對(duì)準(zhǔn)焊縫位置。環(huán)焊縫焊接專機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括床身,焊接小車,傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),工裝卡具等。根據(jù)工件的加工需求,采用兩個(gè)對(duì)稱的焊接小車進(jìn)行一次性同時(shí)加工兩條焊縫。環(huán)焊縫的工作原理是焊槍不動(dòng),要求工件進(jìn)行勻速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),所以氣動(dòng)卡盤是整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的核心部件,根據(jù)工件的尺寸對(duì)卡盤的大小尺寸,工件的定位都是以卡盤中心為基準(zhǔn)。進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)另外設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容還包括了電機(jī)與減速機(jī)構(gòu)的選取,頂尖定位與傳動(dòng),
