4、公園，將突出體現(xiàn)“生態(tài)旅游”這一特色，以奇特瑰麗的森林自然景觀為基礎，結合獨具特色的人文景觀，使森林三大效益緊密結合、充分發(fā)揮。并憑借殷（匯）石（臺）公路交通之便利與秋浦河生態(tài)風光精華之所在，依托國家級牯牛降生態(tài)旅游區(qū)、蓬萊仙洞景區(qū)、大王洞景區(qū)和秋浦河漂流景區(qū)的游客資源，以十八古為核心，將千古詩河－秋浦河以及沿岸古道、古橋、古村、古作坊、古人類遺址以及山鄉(xiāng)民俗風情等人文景觀統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、綜合開發(fā)，開辟成風格各異的景區(qū)、景點（共四大景區(qū)）以及互動參與項目，為過往游客、當?shù)厝罕?、科研人員提供一個旅游覆蓋總面積（含輻射景區(qū)）達10萬畝，集觀光旅游、休閑渡假、
