1、純電動(dòng)汽車驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及仿真學(xué)院專業(yè)年級(jí)班別學(xué)號(hào)學(xué)生姓名指導(dǎo)教師2015年6月-0-摘要隨著環(huán)境污染的加劇和資源的日益短缺,純電動(dòng)汽車(EV)憑借能源利用率高、環(huán)境污染小的特點(diǎn)得到廣泛關(guān)注和快速發(fā)展,成為當(dāng)前研制取代內(nèi)燃機(jī)汽車的首選車型,其發(fā)展前景廣闊。作為純電動(dòng)汽車核心部件之一,驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)直接決定了純電動(dòng)汽車整車性能優(yōu)劣,目前我國(guó)的純電動(dòng)汽車存在的主要問(wèn)題是續(xù)航里程少和動(dòng)力能源電池成本高,基于此種情況,對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行合理設(shè)計(jì),是提高電動(dòng)汽車的動(dòng)力性能和增加續(xù)航里程的有效手段,所以文章對(duì)純電動(dòng)汽車驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)研究。本文首先分析了純電動(dòng)汽車的特點(diǎn),包括無(wú)污染、噪聲低、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)
2、單、能源效率高且多樣化等。然后分析了純電動(dòng)汽車驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,并以某普通普及車型為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)改善。先確定相應(yīng)動(dòng)力參數(shù)目標(biāo),然后根據(jù)整車參數(shù)進(jìn)行理論計(jì)算,參考相應(yīng)手冊(cè)和市場(chǎng)上的部件,選擇合適的驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)裝置,如電機(jī)、蓄電池的類型和相關(guān)參數(shù)。最后利用車輛系統(tǒng)仿真軟件ADVISOR(AdvancedVehicleSimulator)對(duì)純電動(dòng)汽車進(jìn)行動(dòng)力性能仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)。首先建立了仿真模型,包括選擇傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)類型、設(shè)置參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)控制策略,然后選擇仿真工況進(jìn)行加速性能和爬坡性能的仿真,最后得到仿真性能結(jié)果圖表,包括仿真參數(shù)圖、參數(shù)仿真報(bào)告、能源消耗圖、虛擬回放
