2、,與敏感品系相比,南京郊區(qū)小菜蛾對(duì)氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯產(chǎn)生了極高的抗性,抗性指數(shù)分別為81141倍和大于134115倍,對(duì)敵敵畏則產(chǎn)生了中等的抗性,抗性指數(shù)為10106倍。活體增效試驗(yàn)顯示,酯酶抑制劑TPP對(duì)氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯的增效作用分別為1146和1,多功能氧化酶抑制劑PB對(duì)氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯的增效作用分別為3102和1,表明神經(jīng)敏感性下降可能是小菜蛾對(duì)擬除蟲(chóng)菊酯類殺蟲(chóng)劑產(chǎn)生高抗性的主要機(jī)制。點(diǎn)滴法測(cè)定結(jié)果表明阿維菌素、氟蟲(chóng)清、巴丹和殺蟲(chóng)單對(duì)抗性小菜蛾的觸殺毒力較高,LD50分別為01003,01005,01122和01190μg/頭

7、ore,resis2tancemanagementstrategiesforsyntheticpyrethroid2resistantDBMarealsodiscussed.Keywords Plutellaxylostella;pesticideresistance;contacttoxicity小菜蛾(PlutellaxylostellaL.)是甘藍(lán)、花椰菜和小白菜等十字花科蔬菜上的主要害蟲(chóng),在生產(chǎn)中均以藥劑防治為主。由于小菜蛾繁殖速度快,生活周期短,發(fā)育不整齊,世代重迭,藥劑防治后對(duì)殺蟲(chóng)劑的抗藥性發(fā)展迅速,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)在其常發(fā)區(qū)已經(jīng)形
8、成抗藥譜廣,抗性水平高,難以治理的特點(diǎn),在局部地區(qū)對(duì)目前應(yīng)用的幾乎所有類型的常用殺蟲(chóng)劑都已產(chǎn)生了較高抗性[1]。在我國(guó)上海地區(qū)80年代中期小菜蛾就已經(jīng)對(duì)擬除蟲(chóng)菊酯類殺蟲(chóng)劑產(chǎn)生了抗藥性[2]。在深圳地區(qū)近年來(lái)
