2、新型殺蟲劑的敏感性,為3種殺蟲劑的合理使用及各種群對3種藥劑的抗性監(jiān)測提供基礎數(shù)據(jù)?!痉椒ā坎捎媒~法分別測定小菜蛾敏感品系和6個小菜蛾田間種群幼蟲對氯蟲苯甲酰胺、氟蟲雙酰胺、氰氟蟲腙的敏感性,比較田間種群和敏感品系的Lc。,計算小菜蛾田間種群的抗性倍數(shù)?!窘Y果1,J、菜蛾荔浦種群對氯蟲苯甲酰胺最敏感,其LC。為0.000735mg/L,抗性倍數(shù)為1.32倍,田東種群的敏感性最低,其Lc。為0.004230mg/L,抗性倍數(shù)達7.61倍;對于氟蟲雙酰胺,柳江種群的敏感性相對較低,其Lc。為0.366mg
3、/L,抗性倍數(shù)為2.27倍,南寧安吉種群最敏感,其Lc50為0.168mg/L,抗性倍數(shù)為1,04倍;對于氰氟蟲腙,柳江種群的敏感性相對較低,其Lc。為4.692mg/L,抗性倍數(shù)為2.96倍,荔浦種群最敏感,其Lc。為1.622mg/L,抗性倍數(shù)為1.02倍?!窘Y論】小菜蛾田東種群對氯蟲苯甲酰胺的抗性倍數(shù)為7.61倍,已達低水平抗性,應給予高度重視。其余地區(qū)的小菜蛾種群對3種殺蟲劑的抗性倍數(shù)均低于5倍,仍處于敏感期,應加強不同藥劑的輪換使用,以延緩小菜蛾抗性的形成與發(fā)展。關鍵詞:小菜蛾;氯蟲苯甲酰胺;
