5、ectionandhumanhealthconsciousnesstogetherwithimportrestrictionagainstforeignnations.Assuch,thedevelopednationshaveimplementedaseriesofcomplicatedandtoughmeasures,orgreenbarrierstrade,againstthedevelopingnations.However,technicalstandardsandquarantinearenotconsidered
6、barriertotrade.Actually,technicalstandardsandquarantinemoreorlessmirrorthedifferencebetweenvariousnationsintermsoftechnicaldevelopmentandecologicalstandards(especiallybetweenthedevelopednationsandthedevelopingnations).Furthermore,theimportingnationsimplementtheirtec
7、hnicalstandardsandquarantinetorestrictimports.Therearetwotypesofbarrierstotrade–tariffsandnon-tariffbarrier(asshownbyTable1).WTOhasheldmulti-summitsoneafteranothersince1990s.Anumberoftradeliberationrulesandagreementsweresignedeversince.Meanwhile,bothtariffsandnon-ta
