5、nations.Assuch,thedevelopednationshaveimplementedaseriesofcomplicatedandtoughmeasures,orgreenbarrierstrade,againstthedevelopingnations.However,technicalstandardsandquarantinearenotconsideredbarriertotrade.Actually,technicalstandardsandquarantinemoreorlessmirrorthedifferencebetweenvari
6、ousnationsintermsoftechnicaldevelopmentandecologicalstandards(especiallybetweenthedevelopednationsandthedevelopingnations).Furthermore,theimportingnationsimplementtheirtechnicalstandardsandquarantinetorestrictimports.Therearetwotypesofbarrierstotrade–tariffsandnon-tariffbarrier(asshow
