7、密穗突變體sep1的遺傳分析、基因定位與育種利用.中國水稻科學(xué),2014,28(3):229G234.摘 要:通過60Co衰變產(chǎn)生的r射線輻照秈稻品種“雙科早”,獲得小粒密穗突變體sep1,該突變體與野生型雙科早相比表現(xiàn)為籽粒變小,穗軸變短,著粒密度增加.主莖切片觀察結(jié)果顯示,突變體維管束數(shù)和單位面積細(xì)胞數(shù)均比野生型多.遺傳分析和等位性分析結(jié)果表明,該突變體為隱性突變,與已克隆的直立密穗基因不等位.利用InDel分子標(biāo)記將小粒密穗基因sep1定位在第5染色體著絲粒附近的兩個標(biāo)記XP26G28與XP26G31之間,物理距離約為3.896Mb.此外,還利用該突變體開
