1、二段法溶出降低赤泥堿耗的研究摘要我國(guó)鋁土礦資源具有高鋁高硅的特性,由于高硅引起的高堿耗及高能耗一直限制著我國(guó)高硅鋁土礦的應(yīng)用。開(kāi)發(fā)能降低高硅鋁土礦引起的堿耗的工藝對(duì)于鋁土礦資源的有效利用及氧化鋁生產(chǎn)工業(yè)具有重要意義。降低高硅鋁土礦赤泥堿耗所采用的方法之一就是改變鋁土礦溶出工藝,生成低堿脫硅產(chǎn)物。二段法溶出工藝則是利用生產(chǎn)低堿脫硅產(chǎn)物降低赤泥堿耗的新方法。二段法溶出是指先用低堿沉鋁液對(duì)鋁土礦進(jìn)行預(yù)脫硅,然后再混入濃縮循環(huán)母液對(duì)鋁土礦進(jìn)行溶出的一種拜耳法氧化鋁生產(chǎn)過(guò)程。本論文研究了二段法溶出工藝在貴州中低品位鋁
2、土礦中的應(yīng)用,研究了貴州鋁土礦預(yù)脫硅性能、探索了貴州鋁土礦二段法溶出工藝的最佳工藝條件。結(jié)果表明,貴州鋁土礦預(yù)脫硅性能不好、在二段法溶出最佳工藝條件下,貴州礦溶出赤泥鈉硅比最低,為0.36。論文探討了采用高壓釜和鋼彈進(jìn)行平果鋁土礦二段法溶出赤泥堿耗相差很大的原因。結(jié)果表明,其原因是鋼彈溶出中鋼珠有利于降低溶出赤泥堿耗,而且使用高壓釜對(duì)平果礦進(jìn)行預(yù)脫硅的效果不如鋼彈。實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí)通過(guò)平果礦經(jīng)焙燒后在高壓釜中進(jìn)行二段法溶出,溶出赤泥鈉硅比可降低至0.26赤泥化學(xué)物相分析表明,二段法溶出過(guò)程中,提高前段沉鋁溶液αk可
