3、theAuNPsandoptimizingthesystemofAuNPs-melamineinthefuture.Inthispaper,wealsoreportarapidandsensitivecolorimetricsensorformelaminedetectioninmilkbytheaptamerbasednanoparticles(AuNPs).AptamercanabsorbonthesurfaceofAuNPsandelectrostaticallyinteractswithPoly(diall
4、yldimethylammoniumchloride)(PDDA),whichprotectsAuNPsfromaggregating.Theintroductionofmelaminewouldformamelamine-aptamercomplexbyhydrogenbonds,thusthefollowingcationicpolymercouldaggregateAuNPsandcausearemarkablechangeincolor.Accordingtothis,melaminecanbedeterm
5、inedbynakedeyesandmeansofabsorbance.Thissensorisselectivefordetectionofmelamineinmilksamplesandhasalimitofdetectionof34nM.Sinceaptamer-modifiedAuNPsismorestabilizedandselectivethanunmodifiedAuNPsinthesensorofmelamine,wehopethatthisdetectionmethod-buildingproce
